Mars Corporation was responsible for Mechanical and electrical system engineering design such as electrical power supply system, lighting control, lightning control system, Fire alarm system, voice and data system, mechanical ventilation air-conditioning system, plumbing and drainage system, fire fighting system, waste-water treatment system.

          The shipyard consists of 5 areas with total area 10,000 Sqm:

          + Area 1: Steel hall (99.76m (L) x 40m (w) x 30m (H)) 3,990 Sqm

          + Area 2: Workshop (120m x 20 m) area 2,400 sqm

          + Area 3: Goods load-unloading area (40m x 21m) area 840 sqm

          + Area 4: Office (28m x 10m) with five storeys.

          + Area 5: Personal services building (28.5m x 10m) area with five storeys.
