Intelligent building management system.
CCTV, PA, Access control system.
Fire alarm system.
Voice and data system.
ACMV system.
Fire protection system.
P&D system.
Water treatment and waste water treatment system.

2. Pre-construction Management

Co-ordination and combination Design
Inspecting minutely all M&E engineering designs.
Overseeing and evaluating designs: electrical supplying system and lighting system, intercommunication system, plumbing and drainage, fire fighting system, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system, CCTV and access control, building management system
